Oh great, the loser who started this thread is back on once again. It’s been years, dude. Try getting a life - and if you get caught breaking the law again, don’t blame the guy who noticed.

The clean up will take some time.

Jim likely has been onboarded and made aware.

It’s a mess but hopefully he can clean it up.

TW never would have had the solution on potentially may have made it far worse.

TW would not have been the right choice for the level of clean up required.

That said, Jim is hopefully working against a hard timeline to affect the changes we require in order to restore much needed respectability.

So far, Jim seems to be in deep discussions regarding the issues we face.

He’s was brought in for a clean up (among other things), so hopefully he can make some real and lasting changes.

Let’s hope the Town Hall Thursday will kick start the process we really need for this clean up.

Been brutal seeing the reputation we once had fall due to bad hires and mismanagement.

    They are calling it “realignment”.

    Interesting choice of words.

Still need to flush out the leftovers.

Would be great to see some real business savvy people take the place of what we have now.

Would be awesome to start here and move the right people in so things actually get done.

The faster the Organization realigns this mess, the better.

Lives in a bubble, can’t manage outside of a paper bag, along with a large group of the same ilk.

    We are taking total incompetence.

    That’s accurate.

Going even further, we can only hope to shed this as the Organization is more streamlined.

    No room for it.

Hopefully, Jim’s sickle can move quickly.

Otherwise, it’s like like ripping a band aid off slowly. It’s already been painful to watch as it is.

It’s been painful to watch this train wreck manager for some time. Totally off the rails.

All the while we wait for some decent changes and leaders who can actually lead. Not so much to ask.

Should have been gone long ago.

Are you guys still talking about Weck? Haven’t been here in almost a year and couldn’t believe he is still the topic of conversation. Yes, I’m shocked he is still there but seriously, move on!

Jamie....Bad News Bears and sink hole.

    Certainly there are better analogies.

    Credo violations, not withstanding!
