CCO (DF) IS A COMPLETE TYRANT

    People are running afraid or worse, hiding, in here. There is no leadership. It’s even worse than no leadership. He is divisive, directionless, stubborn, incompetent, negative, biased and relentless to everyone he crosses paths with in the building. He doesn’t ever make an appearance on the floors below his executive office unless there is a function in the cafeteria nor does he ever provide any leadership/direction to the broader team. This place is a DISASTER and it starts with DF and his bud TL. They have not had ONE success except for Latuda BPD. LM- CRL/DOG. USA- DOGS. APL- CRL. DASO- CRL. SB- failed. BRO- we walked away. APT- never made its number... ever. Latuda follow on indications like maintenance, MDD and autism- failed. If you have the chance, leave. Run. Go.

    Sounds a bit like the POTUS. Maybe DF is taking his cues from the top of the carrot top. Except his (DF’s) accent makes him sound like he knows something.

    Nice; a pharma thread & now you want to jump on POTUS? What accomplishments of his don’t you like?; sanity on the supreme court, strong economy, low unemployment, renewed pride in the US, stronger border security, increased financial contributions from NATO allies, etc...if the economy is good & the markets are up in 2020, POTUS is a lock for a second term. I can’t wait for the 3-ring circus (think democratic primaries) that is about to unfold.

    She would not know a strategy or how to run a business if it hit her in the face. She is a parrot and only repeats what she has heard others ask or say. And she is DF’s right hand henchman. She doesn’t make him better nor the CET better either. People do not want her around and definitely don’t tell her the truth. It is a culture of sycophants and fear-mongering tyrants.

    Eric and Timmy bragged about how they had a plan for continued growth. Not the case, they both deserve to be fired. Whoever the new VP is, needs to clean house and start with both of them. Earlier post is right that Timmy and also Eric are the perfect examples of the Peter Principle.

    Time for a clean sweep and have Matt Porch and Mike DiFiore also fired by David. Every launch they have touched has gone bad. Morale is horrible and both of them have been tuned out by managed markets.

    Lisa is a sham. And her business planning process (if you can even call it that) was the WORST ever this year due to her lack of any leadership whatsoever. People were confused, feedback was junk, the expectations were unclear but worst of all, the plans SUCKED and no one even cared. No wonder our business is jumping over a cliff.

    Yes. We used to see Rick (and before him, Mark) all the time. No DF. Ever.

    The same people who led us into this mess are going to be the same ones to lead us out of it? Our entire senior leadership needs to be fired and true proven leaders brought in to lead the turn around. We are a ship adrift at sea without purpose or direction.

    That would be nice, since we have lower taxes, more people working, lowest unemployment for blacks, Hispanics and women. Better take contracts with other countries and 200other positive w\ins for the country unlike the haters from the left that can only name call and blame every0ne else. They sit behind their walls and armed security- guards and tell us everything is fine.

    The CET has fallen apart. Say what you will but the losses of Chris G and Kathy H have hurt big. And the additions of John J and Lisa M have only served to bring more toxic behavior and certainly less talent. CG and KH regulated DF and with their departures, DF is a less focused and more unpredictable leader.

    DF on a magnificent tirade of terror again. With all products failing to meet their number and the gap widening in the 4th quarter, you have to wonder...
    No leadership DF = No results.

    Maybe he is a tyrant because everyone who is on his leadership team sucks but he can’t hire anyone better
