If the stock doubles, it will still be $12 below what it was last spring.

Time to jump ship. They've cut the I&I bonus by 1/3, put in an IC that rewards reps who couldn't sell the first 5 years, and changed the equity plan.

A drop of 87.00 a share in the last 14 months! Wow! Time to clean house and “right size” the company . It’s not a 90 billion company anymore so you don’t need the heads and cling on’s that are in place now. A reduction in heads by 50% in each dept would be a good start!

 

You would think this is in the works and going to happen. Too many on the payroll who obviously aren’t needed as nothing is improving. A 50% reduction is most certainly warranted at this time. Other companies will be doing this soon too.

 

Yes, lots of cleanup needed , IT Infrastrutcure is one area to cleanup first, Too many people with Senior Managers and Director titles need to given a hands on job

 

No one gives a heck about IT except you. No profit to the company. You’re on many Celgene postings belly aching about IT of which you have grievances.
