For what? the in-house rec. are the ones who set up the interviews and if you can knock the sox off the DM you are in.......its about getting past these recr. is where the difficulty comes in. They are ball busters and should not be screening cand. based off their experience that never had them a day in the hospital or field. never spending a day in our field!! Now they are making split dec. on who is to get a job and who is to not.!!! ridiculous!!
