Celgene paid 401k partially in stocks, Those stocks were valued from $30's to may be upto $140. what will be the impact to those stocks. If stock price at the time of 401k grant was 120 and if I get 1 BMS stock say $45 plus $50 which is $95, Is that a $25 loss for me

Within a 401k you can’t really look at it that way. The stock given annually as the ‘match’ gave you varying amounts of stock based on the share price at that time. If you want to sell those Celgene shares you certainly can and face no penalties, tax within a 401k.

Does anybody know how you can sell Celgene stock on 401k to transfer it to another fund?

Yes call PNC. You can cash that stock out if vested. Whenever it beats you could have always called PNC sold it and then diversified those funds.
