Is it true the old CEO Mark S. was fired? This is good. The guy was nice but too much favoritism and just brought in individuals who really did not know what they were doing. Ideas but no action. Just letting the small folks do all the work and assumed that giving some recognition through awards was good enough. Raises and bonus were so small at the bottom level of the organization and just not fair. Why folks have stuck around so long is due to economic conditions. I am sure the new CEO will see what the company is for and will leave politics out of it and focus on the top line. Time to clean house too and start from the top. Don’t get me wrong, there are people at all levels who have passion for the product and company but there are more who are just there to collect a paycheck and could care less and love to give folks below them a hard time just because they can. Oh well what goes around comes around!
