If good new is announced in the next few months, no problem. If bad news is announced, insider trading and shareholder lawsuits are coming.

As has been said here before, the only people that will make anything on this bottom feeding dead end upside down company will have vp in their title. Why should the ceo selling half his shares surprise you? anyone intelligent here already knows that biosims are D.O.A. in the Us and that we are lead by snakes. We alsoknow that the highest growth rate and sales volume this company will ever achieve is now past. All thats left for us now is the arrival of yet another generic competitor to Neulasta, a2nd rate biosim to an already outdated eye drug, and 5th to market humira or avastin or whatever they have dreamed up. This place is doomed as proven here today by the ceo sell off. Actions speak louder...

All this growth and sales performance, but yet still 2/3 of the field will barely make target. Looking forward to seeing who bolts in Jan after the release of s2 bonus. Thompson sucks!

2020? Increased competition, a lower stock price, further spending upon a 2nd rate eye biosimilar, and increased micromanagement as sales erode.

I'm confused. Chris Thompson just told us at the national sales meeting he was going to rain money - why is the stock falling. Guess he is just lying again like when he told us in 2019 in a year our options would be worth 400k. Or Denny saying the true value of the company was 90 dollars a share. Guess leadership is just still full of ****!

CEO has no intention of building the company to a triple digit stock. He keeps getting tremendous amount of stock and sells it. All executive level employees stock immediately vests of company is bought. All other employees shares do not vest if company is bought.
