Thoughts on the division?

 

Good division. CNV is doing very well.

 

Not really. They haven't hit their number in over 5 years and just laid off a bunch of people. The new leader of the business is changing the culture for the worse.

 

You obviously do not work here. The division is doing terrible. Layoffs across sales last week. New leadership(Saki P.) is terrible and a diminishing culture. Ask anyone if they made money last year….they didn’t. They are almost last place in the market and continue to fall behind. Go with medtronic, stryker, or balt.

 

No one respects Saki P. Guy is a total douchebag who couldn’t lead anyone out of a wet paper bag.

 

what has he done wrong? Didn’t he just take the role 6 months ago?

 

No, it was over a year ago. Ask any TM or CAS- they will tell you how terrible of a leader he is. The turnover here is no joke. Getting ready to jump to Rte 92 soon.

 

Saki wrecked NeuWave before his new role, and now he is doing the same things at Cerenovous. Poor leadership coupled with bad decision making.

 

He is boys with Mark only reason he has the job.

Any one of the TMs is better qualified for the position then SP.

 

Yet, people continue to leave. Manager in the MW will be missed. Saki has no idea what he is doing and everyone know it but him.

 

Did LL leave? That will make 4 managers in less than 6 months.

 

yep, larry left- 4 out of 6 have left in 6 months. Saki is terrible, what else is new. Why in the hell did he get the job? He is severely under-qualified. I hear customers can’t stand him and think he’s arrogant.

 

Just look how the business has declined since his arrival 1.5 yrs ago. The numbers tell all you need to know.

Market share seems to be good huh? You obviously dont work here. At the march meeting they announced that CNV had 7% market share, mostly in glue. Not good at all. Saki has no idea what he is doing.
