Law360, Wilmington (September 21, 2016, 8:25 PM EDT) -- A Delaware Chancery judge on Wednesday approved a $24 million settlement between former Caris Life Sciences employees and Caris' successor company, ending a battle over an alleged undervaluation of the workers’ stock options in a 2011 merger.

Vice Chancellor J. Travis Laster signed off on the deal, which became necessary after representatives for the employees realized the court had made a mathematical error to their detriment when awarding them about $16 million after trial.

Where and how do you get our cut on the settlement?

I am sure that they won't automatically send it to you ?
