since this company is so minority focused has anyone taken their ancestral DNA to see if they have any non white lineage? If so would you change your race? On top of that would you change your religion or sexuality officially with HR to give you more insulation on the hire/fire/advancement side? IM a white single christian but i could become and black, gay muslim if need be and my DNA matched.
