    It is amazing how many people in the company hate working for the company and are just waiting for a severance package when the change comes. If a 360 was done and responded to appropriately, the change of guard would send the field into a tailspin because all of the senior leadership of the field would be replaced. There are so many “development” management events that you would think something would have rubbed off on RVPs/VPs by now. They must skip the content sessions to send threatening e-mails about creative ways to make PIPs in order to motivate employees by fear tactics.

    Who is excited for year end changes? Anyone know what is coming next year? Hopefully some new “leadership” in the field?
