Yes, now we can jump through that narrow minded hoop of yours that realizes there must be 'something' eternal but it has to be spelled g-o-d. The scientific evidence shows otherwise. It makes no sense that there would be an all-male threesome in the sky playing silly games like 'build a dinosaur' or 'let's knock up a virgin with a lightning bolt' or 'hi, guess what organ you can't use unless you're married'. The eternity of the life force contained within the universe which produces, molds and shapes various physical laws and life forms makes much more sense. Obviously though, you aren't capable of grasping that and need a child like fable to sooth your jangled nerves. :p

Holy crap! For once, I actually agree with
    you !
C’mon Thump, let’s hear one of your ridiculous, redundant, misguided, babbling responses. I need a good laugh.

LOL! I’m no more narrow minded than logic dictates. Meanwhile it’s you playing a childish game and trying to calm your jangled nerves.

You try to give a collection of inanimate objects, the universe, characteristics that only an intelligence, a personality, GOD can possess. You try to pull off this philosophical sleight of hand so you don’t have to deal with a deity that has certain values and standards for human behavior.

You’re the childish one, insisting on viewing God as some old man in the sky.

God is a far more sensible explanation for our existence, your jangled nerves just can’t deal with the possibility that he does have standards for human behavior and yes that includes sex. Because you can’t deal with this as a mature rational adult you adopt the worst position of all. One that has a zero probability of having happened. There are only two choices: an impersonal universe operating through blind chance or a personality and intelligence who created us intentionally.

Yeah, I know you’re too stupid to understand logical intelligent perspectives. You, like V, are a mental and emotional child who believes in something that has a zero percent chance of having happened.

You lost a long time ago, punk. You’re simply too stupid to know it. :D

Obviously, neither you nor Mr V have the answer but here's the deal. You describe an 'eternal intelligence' yet you give no description of how that intelligence executes its power. Its as if there's just a giant brain-in-the-sky giving executive orders with zero connection to the physical needs required to execute those orders. Mr V's idea (though not quite complete) seems much closer to reality. The Universe appears to have it all - eternal intelligence, matter, energy, life force and probably many things we don't know of yet. Give it a break, read and think. IMHO, you are fixated on the g-word and it really isn't even necessary. :)

The Universe is NOT a collection of inanimate objects. It is a living, breathing force that brings new life into play in a most natural way. ;)

This is absolute insanity. The universe has no ability to do anything purposeful. It is a collection of inanimate objects.

    FAIL! :D

  11. So you calling God's creation insanity and a collection of in animate objects? And God's living creations like animals and people inanimate? This is what sounds like insanity to me.

So let's get this straight. The Earth has been here 4.5 billion years and god waited until 2000 years ago to write a book, which he delivered through a son born by non-insemination and it contained all the sex rules man has to follow or else they go down to a dungeon where their feet are in a fire forever? Hmmm, yeah, sounds viable. :p

WRONG! You have it backwards. Christianity is possibly an alternative to the truth.
Viable is a whole different discussion.
