If you are really in a situation where you don't feel like there is anyone you can trust in your organization to talk to and or you are nervous about retaliation - then you should probably be questioning why you are there to begin with. HELLO! It seems some people here like to throw out a hint, insinuation or intimation about certain managerial personnel. But they are forgetting one thing, Anonymous Complaints are for Cowards. Why not attach some credibility to your junk. Why not? - Because your all cowards. On one hand you complain about others not living up to your expectations and the majority of you are trying to get out....but....What the FK is stopping you? Go already, I'm sure you have no problem complaining about something at your next stop. Why is it their problem your stuck in the ditch.
