I interviewed with this wingnut. All I can say is that the Peter Principle is alive and well at BI. Although I find it hard to believe that many of these managers were ever competent in their previous rolls

 

How do you push 9 of 10 reps away from the original team that won him 2 Presidents Club trips? He destroyed the culture at BI and upper management should have seen this. Reps continue to go on an apology tour after his field rides. Offices told reps to never bring him back. Sad situation and best of luck to the new reps.

 

He’ll push the new reps out too. Just give him time. His team is like a revolving door.

 

From what I’m hearing his new team is aware of his reputation and they are scared shitless of him. No one can stand that kind of constant stress. They’ll start leaving soon enough. I feel sorry for them.
