It's funny to watch Akorn's recent circus acts. New functions are being formed with people assigned to it with existing fillers with no experience, or skills. I mean not even a certification or degree related to that field and people wonder why Akorn can't pick itself up? Akorn is an expert at repeating the same idiotic moves over and over again. They really don't want to fix anything. Management especially in quality only care about keeping their job and not for the better and long term health of the company. HR does nothing in making sure right talents are hired. Whoever hiring managers want, they are hired . No checks and balances. Absolute Stupidity! So much waste in so called quality is important but only works with right mission and vision or else it's just a sticker. What happened to BI? Without reliable and objective metrics system. anyone can fabricate metrics to look good.
Is Akorn HR / Ethics that bad and ineffective that they don't care about whether an employee continuies to abuse benefits with fake/false documentation so that second job can be done? I mean it's obvious. No wonder no one in Akorn cares about Akorn because sh*t rolls from top to bottom here. Akorn does nothing when employees don't have integrity. History only repeats itself.
Akorn has too many managers and not enough workers.Akorn is very top heavy and that's why there is no quality in people, products or process. Only puppets and puppeteers.
Akorn has a business conduct refresher going on and still there is retaliation going on. These bio-molecules are a waste of life and space and are going to get it one way or the other. Some in Akorn think they are so subtle and "smart" like when trying to pull a fast one with FK. How did that go?
Racist managers oblige to multiple 1 on 1s in a week with their same color subordinates outside facility during business hours to brown nose their subordinates. Despicable and Pathetic!
