Aerie has some great folks on board but they need to lay off and let the experienced reps they hired do their job. There are way too many field rides. We all know offices and Drs cringe when they see managers - why don’t they?? I know it’s a new product but we’re busy trying to launch...can they give us a little space? Also we haven’t had one cc about any of the “true” issues we’re facing in the field..I guess if they address it then it’ll be real.
Same. Shame on me for believing all their crap about how great the culture would be. Not only that we’re being micro managed to the nth degree. I’ll never understand why companies hire “territory managers” and then dictate their every move for them.
