That is not correct. Not sure who you are, but you don't know your information.. Be honest and don't try and BS.. Yes there is a slight shift as far as more encouragement from the RSD.. But it's always been 6 calls.. and that is one of the reasons two reps were fired.. They were not entering there calls accurately.. You can go all the way back over 9 months ago.. They do conference calls where Jim Hassel gets on and shows call averages.. So it's always been 6..

It has been a while since I left this company. Terrible culture. I was tired of getting yelled at from MDs and pharmacists! They take a 70 year old drug that was $13, and increase the price to $70!! Pharmacies won't stock it, the hospital won't stock it (they just use the same drug that is an injectable version that is dirt cheap) and the home office tell the reps they can't sell because they set quotas expecting the market to GROW?! (ALL the territories lost major mkt shr due to price) Earlier posts are right, only 3 people made any bonus (I think they are all gone now). Hang in there reps that are still there, heard you bought some small company, I hope the home office doesn't mess this one up too.

Not true. Culture is horrible! Anyone who tries to tell you anything different is management trying to suck you in. Stay away!

You don't know what you are talking about. Those reps were making the calls and entering them. Hassle had it in for them no matter what. And the past year should prove that to you.

Hassel had a nice run with some quality companies. If you rule with an iron hand and have no smarts or motivational skills it finally catches up to you. He now is failing with a generic drug maker that is dying of slow death and wants to get into the branded business were the cash is at. Lupin senior management will dump him soon. Zero people skills. Will fail in the branded market. Wake up leadership you have a terrible leader that will not attract top talent. Good luck with this dude.

Lol wow why do you guys keep coming back to this? If you’re unhappy, leave. If you left, move on!..damn. We have been hitting realistic budget numbers and a good amount are going to make ic without any adjustments, plus Solosec is launching in the spring. Obviously the negative attitudes on here have nothing to do with any of the problems you talk about lol

They just posted direct to hire positing with Syneos (formerly inVentiv). The position is for women’s health care, in the description they expect the new reps to make 9 targets physician calls and 2 pharmacy calls per day. What?

Don't forget that you also have to sit in the parking lots and enter those calls, and you don't get any credit for your visits to mother/baby. If you are interviewing for this position, expect that they will offer only $65-75K for you to replace someone who made $115-120k. Have fun!

If they are placing a GPS in every vehicle, only paying in mid-60's to 70.s, then they are only getting reps that are desperate, and not "attracting" quality, experienced reps. Good luck with that if you are launching a new drug.

They don't really put GPS in the vehicles do they? Talk about Big Brother!

You are either a liar or an idiot. Neither of those reps were even here for 9 months.

Yes, they did it early last year. 7:30-5:30, weekend travel, working lunches, worst pay in the industry, impossible goals with a $2 drug that they have driven up to $60, no medicaid coverage for it, and if you aren't in the parking lot of the doctor's office that you are entering your call for, you will be fired. Oh, and now it is 9 calls per day, and you still don't get credit for IP or OP pharmacy calls, mother/baby calls, or anything else.
