What's going on in TX? Why is everyone so unhappy. LN seems sweet, no? One thing I've always noticed, she's always too busy talking shop w/ some other manager in her area to have a real conversation when I see her.

 

Mass exodus in Texas currently because of these folks. Hopefully Bland will take this into consideration for the future of the region. It is EXHAUSTING to watch these 3 in action at meetings. I literally just sit there and laugh.

I do not hate much in this world but hate the way this company operates.
love the tech, the sale, but hate the org.
I am sure I will be soon on a long list of indviduals that have been moved out from ISI.
These are the most talented ppl and yet they are gone.

How much is lack of production? VS. someone sacrificing another for their personal preservation?
THis place is a shit hole of fear.

 

I'm amazed at how many in leadership have zero concept of the golden rule. The best CEOs understand this concept for their employees and customers. Watch this place crash and burn in the years to come.
