Interviewing with this company. Wanted to see if anyone else here had opinions or thoughts on this new startup.

Probably good culture, however you will find out pretty soon bc the molecules coming are going to be a tough sell. How does leadership manage a molecule that isn't as good as AZ. I would only go if your current situation is not ideal.

Obviously u troll don't have a clue and got your resume tossed out before a phone screen.

Only reps with no other options would even consider this...short term opportunity. Not giving enough stock to end up without a job in a year or two. Leadership only wants to sell- look at history (mahaffey and pharmion). So really just some smart greedy guys at the top- sm market for nsclc -this company is more a façade than anything else.

 

Now how would you know how many options they are giving? Offers aren't going out til August ... Well so they say .

 

if you are making money researching this gig for some onc market report, you better be equally paying out to those you rip off

 

I'm taking the leap and hope I get on with them.

 

Anyone gotten any reliable word about options?

 

Does anyone out there know where they are in the interview/hiring process? Have decisions been made or are they still interviewing?

Um yeah ok... Just an interested hopeful actually. Does anyone have the scoop on sales force hiring?

 

Of course. This is not new! The CEO works for the board and shareholders. OF course he is going to make millions when this POS is sold. Reps will makea little as well. But just a little not enough to retire on. I'll take the job and make more money again in a few years. Big comapnies pay premium for small companies.
