I honestly didn't think we were having a layoff here in the US until I saw that. Great.

Normally Im gloom and doom when I visit here but if you recall they did do an audit around 4 months ago to provide the information to show you were eligible to work in the US. whatever that forms called. not saying layoffs wont happen, Just saying HR are fools

 

What department employees received Cobra letter. There is no word in the office!

It's the same type of gaffe they made last December when they sent those white Team Novo Nordisk baseball hats to everyone including people that had already been notified they were being laid off.

It's either harmless or it isn't, but a gaffe's a gaffe.

 

COBRA is a program in the US which offers continued health benefits for people who have been let go from their jobs, among other reasons. The letter essentially described Novo's COBRA benefits for displaced employees.

In a nutshell ( not literally for those of you outside of the US ), this is not a good sign.

 

Non field employee here from the home office. Just got my cobra letter. That is a serious mistake by HR right?

I’m Sales, got the letter, as did my DE, my OB rep, AND my AFT. Wtf

 

remember the fed ex debacle in 2015? They notified people by giving fed ex shipping notifications days before it was official

 

did everyone in us sales get this letter?

 

Guess they are lying again!! What has Novo turned into! Just a typical big pharma company that cares about no one!
