Layoffs are coming . All has been finalized. Now to see how many fake retirement packages. This will be ugly. Last year realignment layoff was an epic failure with the pornstar at the helm last year. It will take two years to undo his damage. Many will be looking hard at these retirement packages as Sanofi has been beyond cheap with veteran reps with tenure.
Will be interesting if they make packages with some incentives. Sanofi does not want anybody in a pension. Will tenured pension reps get additional incentives to go. The people in my region are sick of the threats and micro- managing and finger-pointing. And how about those managed care wins!! Affordable pricing for patients.
