Cold compression therapy for Work Comp

A joint distributor has approached me about carrying this for him. What is the general deal? What's the capital investment cost, (the machine), patient disposable, work comp reimbursement, (approximate) per day. Not looking to undercut him but don't want to be led down the garden path either.
