Collective Bargaining

    Our answer is collective bargaining. Solidarity.

    Let's cut the name calling amongst reps. That only helps the shareholders and their puppets. "Divide and Conquer". Solidarity is what we need and what they fear.

    What we need to do is come together now and get a much better deal for all reps. We need to organize ourselves. Solidarity. Collective bargaining.

    This helps us stand up against the current owners, and, if it is true that we are being sold, then we will be organized and be on our toes so that the next owners will never ever be able to do to us what the current owners are doing.

    For those who are in the process of finding another job and leaving, we need your help especially too. You have less to lose. We all want a better situation so let's fight for it here until we are each in a position to leave this company.
