    This is silly. I listened to CK and JA blow smoke up our kazooz's! I'm done! Not to mention this company is all about numbers not about care. "I'm a respiratory company without RT's in the field but centralized in one location. We think it's best to set you up on your equipment over the telephone".

    Actually it is much more helpful to the patient when the Respiratory Therapist is hands on with the patient, particulary for proper fit of the mask.

    Not to mention the setting buttons which a lot of the elderly have trouble seeing.

    If we in fact do the set-up then we should get the commission. All the pccs do is complain about the money so just give it to the person that deserves it. If Im on call working its worth more then 7 dollers!

    As someone that is just discovering these Message Boards for the first time, I have to ask;

    Who the heck is managing this company?

    It looks and sounds like one big train wreck!

    I am certainly not an "expert" regarding the use, or need, of supplemental oxygen, but I am absolutely sure that I would never use this company for one of my loved ones.
