Man did we all get screwed on the recent commission. The company came back saying that "brand" was in play after the fact. Its like they stole our commission money. I think they want reps so pissed that they left so that they do not have to layoff and pay. I have talked to so many reps looking at hiring a lawyer for a class action suit to see if there is anything that can be done. They looked at the pay outs and then decided to change the rules.
Yes - I agree. I am not working but doing as little as possible right now I am so pissed. I have spoken with many top reps who are pissed and are looking at leaving in mass to another competitor they are so angry. The management have dragged this company down the drain for some reason. We are being laid off by end of the year. Our ESOP is most likely a lie - they have stolen our money in commission what else are they capable of? We need a federal investigation into this company and the business practices.
