is it just me or has mandatory communication gotten a little crazy lately? I thought it was just my team, but apparently it's company wide. Daily voicemails? Besides listening to the ones from my mgr on email, I haven't used it in over a year. It feels forced and unproductive. Easier and better to just call live.
