    quotas are outrageous this year...I wonder how they decide 400% increase and commissions structured they way they are will attract, let alone keep, any decent talent here. Listen all you bracing and copier reps...here's a device company that will pay you less, and expect you to be happy. I'm sure the docs will appreciate someone who doesn't know the difference between a ligament and cartilage. Such a disappointment from a forward thinking (product-wise) company. Must be looking for a sale.

    I find that 400% increase claim to be highly unlikely...
