Starting a thread to share thought on the pitiful comp plan. Any ex employees, please share the difference with your new comp plan compared to here. I know many people who have left and unanimously they say the bonuses are much better. My thoughts: The new 90 percent qualifier is robbery. There is no justifying this and Im shocked more people have not left honestly. This should have been ended yesterday. The annual target bonus has not changed in YEARS. It’s not even competitive anymore considering inflation. Does anyone remember what it was 5 years ago? Pretty certain it’s the same The pension is great but don’t think for a second it makes up for pathetic comp plan.
