Just took a position with Gilead and I live in the snowbelt area. I was wondering what kind of company car options we receive upon completion of training? Not particular and definitely grateful, just hoping an option or two have 4 wheel drive.

    Thanks in advance.

How does a used Prius sound?? Are you sure you actually joined here? I think I might have learned that when the verbal offer was given. Hmmmm?

    You're very welcome, welcome aboard.
    GMC Terrain or Chevy Equinox

Sometimes an all wheel drive Subaru sedan is offered as well, but it really depends on the order cycle.

Is that the standard for southern states also? Where snow is not as issue :)

Prius for all. Bros can opt for a Jeep Wrangler or Z-28

BMW X5M for snowy states, Tesla sedan for the crunchy California crowd, Midwest gets Chevy Malibu

Can use both as Uber SUV for your side jobs. A great way to make some extra CA$H

Just make sure you take your Uber sign out of the window when the boss works with you, that could be uncomfortable......

Not a big deal. My manager’s family members drive that car around all weekend working for Lyft and Uber. It’s always at the airport!!!!

Wow! Hopefully they turn off the tracking device. I prefer getting my car in Black, more professional when you make those airport runs....

Do you get the company car after corporate training? Or prior?
