Gosh sounds like if the ex employees who post on this site focused on their jobs as much as posting feedback here, Alimera may have made it. Do not send your resume to my company please!

Can you post your company’s name so that current Alimera employees like myself can apply there?

Rebound? It’s called an oversold bounce. Good place to short before further capitulation.

when you see MH and CH take demotions in their new companies you know that there was sub-par leadership to begin with.

I think you are mistaken. The titles given at Alimera are inflated. Bonuses have been horrid. The salaries / bonus are sub par to attract talent so they give much higher titles to entice people to join the failing disaster called Alimera. Thus not surprising to see appropriate titles when people move to the next company. Quite frankly, what is a title? Doesn’t mean as much as what that person is actually doing. If you need to be a higher level chief to feel good about your self then your validation is coming externally and you need to find better ways to feel good about your self worth. In the end, is an inflated title at Alimera worth as much as moving to a better opportunity with higher pay, real bonus and excellent benefits plus financial stability and actual true leadership? That is the question current Alimera staff will need to ask themselves. It’s a miserable ending in sight here at Alimera. Time to move on. Don’t worry about your inflated title. You will be happy when you start your new position in a healthy company!

So many Alimera staff are sending resumes out to find their next position. Mass exodus coming.

Belief in current leadership and the future of Alimera is in the toilet being flushed to the sewer.

Are the inflated titles why CH and MH had separate employee lawsuits...smh?

Neither was let go due to lawsuits - didn’t do anything wrong. If they did Alimera legal would not defend the cases. the focus of suits were against Alimera. Sounds like you don’t have a clue. Actually, there are more than a few lawsuits with Alimera.

sounds like you are either CH or MH. If it was poor performance or lack of skill set for the job you are guilty as charged sir!

Probably CH....too verbose for MH and MH isn’t allowed to be around technology no more. Lap dog is barking.
