Yeah, at under 50 cents, it looks like delisting is inevitable. I doubt we see a 100% increase before December.

ALIM's BODs are so derelict in their responsibility to have done NOTHING while Dan Myers for the past 5 years, since the FDA approval, has systematically crippled this company to a sum total value of 0. To allow the stock to drop for 5 straight years w NO adjustment to business practice, NO accountability to free spending, NO protection for shareholders investment, NO strategy to insure repayment of loans or secure institutional investors, that have propped up ALIM for years...to continue to hire a pay exorbitant salaries to key executives knowing full well they were spending way more than taking in quarter after quarter..all merits an investigation. They allowed the legs to be cut off, bleed out and just waiting for the head to be removed. This company is exactly why people have lost faith in the stock market and the greed of Corporate America!! There needs to be accountability and justice for this BOD's and former CEO!!

Business model continues. Adding more countries where their product is "approved" but not used (Germany today) as it breaks .40 and hits a new intra-day low. Next stop ALIMQ

Forced stock purchasing from executive team to see if they can float above a dollar! Desperate move.

I think they are just printing shares to hand out to management instead of salary which is diluting shareholder equity. Think the SP will go down as management cashes in these shares on the open market. Any way to screw the shareholders is in the ALIM playbook.

I thought the managements monthly share purchase was a move to demonstrate that they have confidence in their own company. Putting their money where their mouth is, so to speak....

Not when it’s a forced requirement. Take the “belief” out of the equation.

It’s funny how this same ex-employee keeps dropping in with their negative comments every couple weeks. You really should move on and let your anger go.
