Does anyone know if the deal is complete. Word on the street is the company has been sold...lock ...stock.. and barrel.....

Why would Sciele try and buy Victory when the deal fell through 3 years ago? Are you sure you didn't read an article on Google from 2009? Where are you getting your information from?

Dont be blind to the facts. I have also heard the same thing from a TM who talked to Mike. This is real.

 

hahahah please mike is the fakest one here. Even if he knew, he wouldn't spit a word out to a lowly TM until you already were under new ownership. This company would never make the same mistake twice... letting the sales force know we've been sold before the deal is done. That is what happened last time and it was a complete disaster. And Im sure Shinogi is thanking their lucky stars that the deal fell threw last year and they were able to run from this sinking ship. Naprelan patent running out, other products going nowhere, possible me-too anti emetic in the pipeline, woo hoo what a deal to be had!!! People are just stirring up the pot just to be a$$holes. Regardless, anyone who can find a better job than this place should always take it!

what is medium term>? And yes this company can survive. Because business is business and if u buy products for pennies and can turn them around and make nickels, then u got yourself some revenues. Simple math. Not every company is out there curing cancer these days.
