No, nothing positive- it's worse. Place is toxic. Don't walk away, run.

Sure, company cars. If it's important enough for you to have that benefit that you'll take it from some place that's circling the drain, go ahead. Better off buying your own car than working in this cesspool.

They exist on paper only. Goals aren't realistic. No one gets one.

Interesting comment. That sounds exactly like their sister company with Nestle Health Sciences, Prometheus Labs ... Unethical, incompetent management, etc.

Has the environment improved? I am getting calls for formula jobs for hospitals...just want to see if it's worth applying. Thanks in advance.

No, it hasn't. Upper management is always two steps behind the market. No idea how to compete. Also, they are completely unscrupulous. There isn't any evidence of ethics, most of all when it comes to dealing with employees. Mead or Abbott would be far better options if you want to get into formula sales.

It’s about portfolio for Nestle. They don’t care about people just the final number.

Depends on who's final numbers. Apparently upper management can post bad numbers and keep their jobs. I won't call them leaders- leaders don't blame others for their own failings. It's the main reason this is such a bad place. There's no accountability for upper management. Only for those further down the chain.
