Company So Disrespectful To Reps

    the silence should have been deafening, Nils. It is not a pay for performance plan when you continue to increase quotas drastically. A pay for performance plan is a flat percentage, the more you sell, the more you make. Quit putting the blame on AVPs. Pay has been cut in half over the last several years but YOU are requiring more work. Total BS

    EAM's are truly getting screwed when it comes to commission........Being paid on PIFF is a freaking joke. Here's the kicker, every year the list price increases and contract price remains the same thus increasing the perceived discount and the result is lower commission. For the last 6-7 years we have sold the same 190 gear and seen the list price increase 25-30% (over 6 years) and contract price remains the same. What does that mean you ask? Each year we receive an annual pay decrease of 2.5%-3% based on the PIFF model. WTF.

    OCA brass, maybe you should just cancel the NSM. No one wants to be there, you could save some serious $$$ and maybe use that savings to put back in comp plans. Oh wait, you could give a shit about the field reps. Screw ‘em, right?!!
