70-90 reps and mgrs & The Selzkiller is the luckiest turd ever. How he landed that job with a shit strategy is beyond me. I bet PB didn't want to have anything to do with JS anymore.
. I recently left WHC and am shocked this investigation took so long. I admit I'm curious how much accountability JS, PB and the ADs will take. Are the interviews over? Did they contact any previous employees? This has been a nightmare waiting to happen.
it has yet to be resolved. It's been 11 weeks. JS is a dumbass and Chelsea and Idiot Proud are Jon's bitches. The future of Bayer does not look to good. Essure will be done in a yr or so, and other IUD's will be in the mix soon.
there is an open position on the west coast for women's health... Is this a job worth taking or will IUD Market be negatively affected in the near future? Also...how easy is it to transfer into other jobs at Bayer from one division to another?
Apparently you do so you might be the best person to ask. What is the status of Essure and how much of the Conceptus talent is still with your organization please? Thank you for time I know how busy you are.
Not very many Conceptus reps are left. Management is discouraging the reps to spend any time on Essure, and this includes case coverage. Essure has been taken off market in several other countries. The focus is all on IUD's, specifically Kyleena. New reps are not getting appropriate training on Essure as there is limited time allocated at training and a lack of cases in the field for which to achieve sign-off. A combination of negative media and a lack of support by the company will likely drive Essure off the market in the US as well. No one at Bayer really cares about Essure anymore. But yet the sales force still wears scrubs, lol.
