Concerted effort to reduce headcount via performance plans?

    No No ...... we hate that when reps love the manager.............he needs to be business only where he can easily fire the rep if needed.......that's a fact Jack !

    Well guess who's back? Yep it's old Ziggy! So here is the skinny. Reps will be untouched. Some may go into Nucala, Viiv, Vaccines or become overcomps. But no layoffs. Managers will be realigned, reassigned, and or demoted. No job loss for anyone at this point in the game. In fact, there are no planned layoffs this year. So go on losers and spread your negativity, NO LAYOFFS IN 2017!! Ziegler out!

    Not a layoff...but "performance-plan" style managing people out. I'd heard of the tactics being used before, but didn't really believe it or assumed the reps deserved it. It's pretty nasty when it's happening to you though! Manager can lie and write whatever they want on C2W report and put you on warning and move you through the process with upper management and HR having their back and there isn't a thing you can do about it.
