So the Largo division after the CMO shutdown is just the cluster fuck of sorts. This decision from the gods/board of directors who only worship the almighty dollar was actually on paper a very good decision. The execution of the move and everyone involved at the Largo division (and we know who you are) should be terminated. Your decisions based on lack of understanding how a production machine facility at the top of the industry has cost over 200k in production losses to date in PMO since the CMO move. You want names.??? We have them.
I've got some names for you. Obviously you are just a little cog in the big wheel. I think you know the names although your allegiance and your greed to continue with this financial charade consumes you as you have a status quo to meet in your life, family and friends. What will they think when it all falls down around you? Will your children understand? Or will you just raise them to be like daddy?
the machinist that train the new people put pressure on them some crash the machine a few times and leave not long after the end mills and tools used by the machines are costing the company massive amounts in scrap back orders piling up and the trainers are probably in on it the ones that teach with patience and wisdom can read this and move on the ones that act like they're so sophisticated they will never get caught should be the ones to get caught managers need to hire trainers off site and be amazed at how nobody crashes the machines or destroys tools and turn the speed down! it's not about numbers! quality is poor because the machines are running at max all the time
That's correct. No greed, no worries as God has a plan. Current offenders / Site leaders included. You guys are all good as your current contracts protect you and allow for a financial payout. Incompetent leadership breeds failure. Or was it planned? Current leadership at Largo appears to have an agenda that may or may not result in a Stryker takeover. Previous site leaders were also former Stryker employees. Something to seriously consider.
conspiracies invisible man in the clouds :eek; plenty of worries some greed you sound like someone who used to work in a position that watches over people but now you're stuck working production
