Contract reps work directly for the company. Great opportunity but b/s how they terminate the contract and do not fulfill their financial obligations. There was a kicker one month and I fulfilled my obligation but did not get my payment because they forgot to mention that the kicker only applied to "regular" reps. Several calls to home office and not one call returned.
You must be from office. If they earned it, then it it is theirs. Poster said they called but HO did not fullfill obligation. Two words: fuck you
Alamo contract reps will be screwed. too bad they don't know before they sign on. you'll never get the $$ you earned when they decide to can you.
