Are any of you wearing a mask and gloves in your hospitals, especially around the ER?

 

Just left the hospital and to answer your question am I wearing gloves and mask ? No ! Most people at ConMed are nasty anyways and I would be surprised if they have sick people work that will infect the products.

 

I know people on the manufacturing floor that wipe boogers on the products as they pack them

 

No. Wash your hands and don't touch your face. You will survive young lad. Stay strong.

Why doesnt conmed encourage those that can, work from home! And if someone comes in sick make therm go home!!

Over 4000 dead now. All those people on Cruise Ships and nursing homes catching it. You think it might be airborne? Washing hands might help, but being around people who have it and are coughing it out in the air has to be part of this rapid spread.
