This is usually instituted because the manager doesn’t know how to lead and doesn’t have a clue how to succeed. Does it make sense to have someone like this in charge of a sales force? All he does is kiss Silvermans ass. Garry is he great at one thing.... swallowing his bloated $300k salary. His days are numbered.

I concur with all of these posts!! If you want to make money do not try to work for ExosomeDx! They steal commissions from the reps, and top management has no clue what they are doing. Most importantly they continue to piss of doctors and patients with $800 bills. It’s not where you want to be! Trust me.
Do your homework and go elsewhere!
