Cost Saving Ideas

1. Eliminate 50% of all V.P.s and Directors and Managers; consolidate their duties to make remaining ones more productive, push virtual.

2. Eliminate all travel permanently, push virtual.

3. Eliminate all office-only locations permanently and end leases / sell real estate except HQ, push virtual.

4. Consolidate all R&D locations into one location, Sell other locations / end leases.

5. Sell all marginally profitable product lines Immediately.

 

And fire all the contract reps that fuck up our business constantly. What a bunch of mouth breathers.

 

And replaced all marketing with people who have been in the field.

 

Or just get rid of all of you who do nothing but complain about being paid to sit at home more than you usually do.

 

Contract reps actually is cheaper for the company. We should convert all reps to 1099.

 

so funny that they created those Area Director jobs. Leslie Storms presentation that was sent out to the AVPs dated 12/31/18 clearly stated that Black and Females will take priority. Not best candidate, not hardest working. Decisions at Ethicon are based on race and gender and nothing more.
The AVPs now have expensive secretaries so that they can even get further away from the business.
