Her people are miserable and she is clueless. Awareness, zero. Accountability for behavior, zero (see previous sentence). Her leadership style consists of email and talking at you. She is a problem that must be addressed.
Courtney lacks self awareness and is overly emotional. She does lure men in leadership in with her damsel in distress move. Unlikely that anyone actually addresses the issue.
