I’m not anti-DM but it’s going to be hard to get into offices and see people. It’s just not sensible to have them go into every office with us so frequently. There is going to have to be some realization that ride alongs are going to need to ease up for the next few months. Still waiting to hear about a pay raise? You better figure out a way to get your manager in. Otherwise they will document your lack of access and poor relationships to slowly move you out of the company. Good reps are masters of the milk run. They build out an agenda for field rides that ensures the manager can see them in action with key customers. Sure it's mostly fake but you learn to play the game or you won't last long.
Ur a dumb shit. A manager can not move you out of the company. Every pharmaceutical company has an HR staff that is far more concerned with keeping themselves out of litigious situations. You will never be terminated for poor numbers (they do not want that load garbage to end up in court) nor will you be terminated for an action that everyone (100%) will would be terminated for. Thus if you forge signature or cheat on expenses you are history and anyone caught doing this will be terminated. Access, not hardly. Your manager can bitch about it however u should then record conversations, save all emails and this fool will not do anything.
DM’s are low level supervisory roles. Think insecure powerless bitches snitches and tattletales with narcissistic tendencies.
