Is it true that Abbott is discouraging or not actively encouraging remote work?

The office is open for business, normal hours. No work from home unless previously approved. Unnecessary absence will be dealt with accordingly. Vacation time is allowed.

Wait till an Abbott rep contracts the virus and his calls are traced back 3 weeks (the incubation period) and they realize the rep went from office to office spreading the virus to patients in several offices. Can you say massive lawsuit. I know if it happened to me or my family I would be seeking counsel and going after the deep pockets.

Awful response to the pandemic...only focused on their bottom line and could care less about health and well being of employees let alone society as a whole. Shit company with shit leadership
