Does anyone know any recruiters for Covidien? I was an employee referral for a position but it was already filled. Really looking to get on with them. Great company. Thanks.
If you are already an employee referral a recruiter will have an extremly hard time representing you for a position. If you were put in for the Autosuture, Synrture or Hernia Division, they will not accept you from the recruiter. They have 3 people now up in CT making sure of that. You're an employee referral and must keep on top of those divisions postings and tell your contact to submit you Question you will need answered is if you already took the assessment exam, did you pass. This is key because if you did not you are not eligible for any other positions within those divisions plus Kendall and their cardio division. Your results will be on file. If you go through a recruiter with any of the other divisions let the recruiter know if you took the test so they can let the manager know so they may check to see if you are eligible prior to starting the process. I've seen 3 apply online then go through a recruiter to get into the process but then be ko'd since they failed the test and never told anyone. Hope this helps.
