I started with quintiles not to long ago, and I cannot remember if I signed a non-compete or non-solicit agreement. I am now being offered a good coordinator job with a big hospital that I'm sure contains investigative sites. Will this be a problem? Any one remember what the agreements at sign on are?

    Thanks!

I would think that as long as you do not become a CRC for the same study that you are currently the CRA for, or share confidential information, it will be fine.

Non-competes prohibit you from working with a competitor. You're not moving to a competitor so you are fine.
