The mismanagement by the executive team(especially you BG) and the revolving door of VP of Sales have stalled any momentum this company had 4 years ago. Medicare needs to investigate their Tech only FISH products. They came to my lab to push it on me. Seems really like medicare fraud. How can their Techs in Florida count cells for me and or sort results an then I get paid to sign the report.

 

The interpretation of the results are done by the doctor, this is why the the doctor get's paid for it. Just to further explain, interpretation is looking at the results and correlating them with other tests to give the patient a diagnosis/prognosis and treat accordingly. The technical portion (sorting cells in categories based on cell lines) is billed accordingly. Medicare has a code for this. So please enlighten us. How is this medicare fraud?
