Cultural Trailblazers

How is the cultural trailblazer initiative going? I’m sure it went silent since inception and through this process. I would love to be a fly in the wall as suggestions come pouring in, or not and they nix the program. What a joke...

 

I’ve been on 2 calls already. Not sure how effective we are. But...at least our Trailblazer group leader is holding calls and getting people talking.

 

Every displacement was not a Trail Blazer! Coincidence?

I know two “TBs” that were displaced

 

Were people selected to be Trailblazers or did they just sign up?

 

I work in HR and they eliminated the person who was responsible for the trailblazers and was doing all the work to put together the output of the group discussions.

 

Wow. What a great move to help with our culture moving forward. Eliminate the person who was head of putting it all together. Can not believe this company.

 

I was a culture trail blazer and got displaced -nothing to do with who stays

 

Trailblazers signed up.

 

Can we all agree that the cultural Trailblazers is, by far, the dumbest fucking idea in the history of the world?
