Looking at at KAM position at Serono. What is the culture like and what is typical salary range for KAM w/ experience? Thanks...

As a KAM- the culture is really tied to your boss and to a certain degree your Area and the other KAMs.

It should be a strong base- over 100.

All companies have issues- but if you have a cool boss- it goes a long way. That can be also said for most jobs in any industry. LOL

A strong base for an experienced rep in today’s market is 135-140 base. Especially in biotech.

Yes, if you have over 10yrs experience and currently working in biotech your base is at least 140k+ to be considered strong for a rep position. KAM’s and TLL’s are 170k+.

Culture is great and pipeline even better. You would be elite talent and consider it a blessing to be hired here.

Now, you must pay for a nice SUV, $2400 and pay that 9 mo before you get it. Car allowance is an option here.

So many incredible managers, msl’s and reps leaving without job offers. That says a lot. Toxic here. We have all learned that they do not care about the existing people here. Zero concern for doing what is right for anyone. They are pushing everyone out to replace us with less experienced people.
