Current IT "leadership" will cease to exist once the new CEO is installed

    The $hit has not yet begun to hit the fan. Basically all long term white male IT VPs (TW, ZD, etc) will be gone by EOY. They simply have under performed and are antique relics at this point. We need more D&I and young blood that can really transform the organization!

    Obviously, NOT ONLY WHITE MALES have underperformed, But, they will continue to be scapegoated in the era of D&I . Remember, Alex is an old white male and in order to hang on as long as possible, he will kill as many of his own kind as needed. Moreover, D&I replacements are much less expensive alternatives to the remaining good ole white boys in the IT LT. All good things come to end!

    What about hiring the best person possible regardless of any category they fall in!
